Hercules Resources pays down debt with equity

Hercules Resources Corp. (TSE: HER) has released an update.

Hercules Resources Corp., a Canadian gold exploration company, has paid off a $21,000 debt to an advisor by issuing 105,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $0.20 each. These shares have a holding period of four months from the date of issue. Hercules operates in Ecuador and Canada and focuses on value through innovation and sustainable practices.
