Tim Cook rocks the Nike Air Max 1 ’86 ‘Made On iPad’ at Apple Event

On May 7, the Apple Event presented their latest iPad series during a virtual tour. During the livestream, company CEO Tim Cook was spotted in a pair of Nike Air Max 1 ’86, which were specially designed using the newly unveiled M4 iPad Pro and Apple Pencil Pro models.

The shoe features an off-white upper accented by speckled detailing on the mudguard panels. Surrounding the Swoosh profiles are rainbow-colored outlines, further enhancing the “drafted” design of the Apple Pencil Pro.

Underneath, a classic Air Max unit provides optimal cushioning, while the durable rubber outsole offers improved traction and durability. Finally, handwritten ‘Made On iPad’ prints on the tongue labels add the finishing touch to the design.

The Nike Air Max 1 ’86 “Made On iPad” is reportedly a 1-of-1 pair and will not see a general release. But if we do, we’ll keep you posted here, so stay tuned to SNKRDUNK Magazine for any updates.
