TDC rewards best-performing owners with ‘Dream Cruise’

Transat Distribution Canada (TDC) invited 25 franchise and affiliate agency owners from across Canada and a companion of their choice for a seven-night reward cruise aboard the Seabourn Encore in the Eastern Mediterranean.

“This select group of entrepreneurs that I was able to guide on this dream cruise all distinguished themselves in 2023 with extraordinary sales performance. This cruise was our way of congratulating and thanking them for their remarkable contributions as notable players within our network,” said TDC General Karine Gagnon.

“The fast pace of our daily activities often makes it more difficult to take the time and have sustained, deeper discussions. This direct feedback from our members is invaluable to me, as Managing Director, and also to the members of the TDC management team that accompanied the group”.

The Greek Islands and Turkey

The winners arrived in Athens with Air Transat and were invited aboard the Seabourn Encore for a week of refinement, attentive and personalized service and a host of extras throughout their stay.

The recipients’ owners were treated to a boat expedition around the island of Skiathos in the Aegean Sea. They could also opt for an excursion offered by Seabourn to discover Bodrum in Turkey.

An evening of recognition

At the end of the stay, TDC hosted a recognition evening in the Grand Salon of the Seabourn Encore to highlight the owners’ achievements and contributions in 2023.

“While we celebrate your achievements, we are aware that the path to excellence is not always easy,” said Gagnon. “Working hard, dealing with the unexpected, supporting customers who rely on you when no one else does, plus the ever-changing challenges of an ever-evolving industry – in short, all these things and more are your almost daily part. Thank you for your resilience, dedication and commitment.”

Peru in 2025

TDC has announced that the destination of the 2025 Bravo Excellence Club trip for deserving agency owners will be Peru.

“We are pleased to offer our owners, who have stood out this year for their best sales performance, the opportunity to participate in a recognition trip to Peru next year. I would like to thank in advance our two partners, Transat and G Adventures, who will help create this journey so that our recipients can enjoy an unforgettable experience,” said Gagnon.
