“Unlawful sexual activity with a minor,” “domestic assault involving strangulation,” and “aggravated assault on a pregnant teenager.”

According to a police report reviewed by BocaNewsNow.com, Guerrero was reportedly in a room with the victim, whom he knew, when she sent messages on Facebook. He believed she was ‘cheating’ on him and answered the phone. When he saw nothing important on the phone, Guerrero allegedly strangled the pregnant victim.

Heber Amado Guerrero is now being held in Palm Beach County on a $30,000 bond. A lawsuit is pending. There is no indication that federal officials are involved in Saturday night’s case.
