Take TV bets on documentaries and fiction at LA Screenings

The Brazilian group is present in Los Angeles with a diverse catalog of documentaries, led by DOC Investigacion, El Hospital and La bestia; and high-end fiction such as the Toppisima and Amor sin Igual series.

Record TV is present in Los Angeles with a renewed offering, covering different genres such as documentaries, fiction and traditional telenovelas.

Opening the documentary genre, the Brazilian giant presents DOC Investigacion, a 12-episode true crime title that combines the modern language of streaming platforms with Record’s already renowned investigative journalism.

DOC Investigacion exposes shocking police cases that have occurred in Brazil, involving crimes such as organ trafficking, serial murders and wrongful convictions.

Within the same genre, the group also presents La bestia, a multi-award winning documentary about immigrants arriving in the United States; and El Hospital, one of the most realistic documentaries they have produced in the last ten years. The documentary delves into one of Latin America’s most modern hospitals in São Paulo, one of only two in Brazil that performs high-risk surgeries and procedures with a robot called DaVinci.

On the fiction side, following the launch of Seriella, which is exclusively responsible for Biblical dramas, Record presents secular content such as the critically acclaimed series Toppisima and Amor sin igual.
