Man identified as suspected driver in drive-by shooting arrested

Roschane Miller, 32, of Mannings Hill District, Stony Hill PO, has been charged with wounding with intent using a firearm, possession of a prohibited weapon and unauthorized possession of ammunition following an incident which took place at Lawrence Tavern, St. Andreas on Monday April 22.

According to reports from Lawrence Tavern Police, around 8 a.m. Miller was the driver of a car that struck a group of men, all armed with handguns, who opened gunfire on three men.

Police were called and the injured men were taken to hospital where all three were admitted and treated for gunshot wounds to their upper bodies. Miller was charged after he was spotted during an identification parade.

His court hearing is wrapping up.
