Body of missing man found in Rodney’s arm

ST CATHERINE, Jamaica – The partially decomposed body of a man, reported missing by his family, was found in Rodney’s Arm, Portmore on Saturday evening.

Twenty-four-year-old Mario Downer, a basketball player from an address in Bridgeport, Portmore, was reported missing by members of his family on Thursday, May 16.

According to reports, Downer’s body was found with a belt around his neck in an abandoned home in the area.

Before Rodney’s Arm fell into disrepair, it was a hotspot for cultural tourists. Since then it has become a safe haven for criminal activity.
