GEB and ISA receive financing for Peruvian transmission assets

Paul Hastings LLP in New York and Miranda & Amado in Lima have helped Grupo Energía Bogotá (GEB) and the Peruvian subsidiary of Colombian energy group ISA to secure $345 million in financing through their joint concessionaire, which is developing transmission assets in northern Peru .
